Order of building

Firewall forward (once we have the oil cooler back):

1. Look at fuel lines, oil cooler, oil cooler lines, cables, heater box, scat tube and determine locations for everything.
2. Mount oil cooler.
3. Run oil cooler lines.
4. Run fuel lines through doors.
5. Make vapor return line between bulkhead and fuel selector
6. Mount heater muff
7. Install cable passthrough and measure out cable lengths.
8. Make cable brackets.
9. Install fuel servo with brackets.
10. Order control cables.
11. Wire oil pressure, oil temp, fuel temp, fuel pressure, fuel flow.
12. Install control cables except cowl flap.
13. Build lower exhaust mounts.
14. Sort out nosebowl.
15. Make cowling and trim baffling.
16. Make cowl flaps

Doors and panels:

1. Make window edging (.025).
2. Make upper guide mount (.025).
3. Fit the fuel lines.
4. Groom interior wiring to trim controller.
5. Lay out rear headset wiring.
6. Lay out ELT wiring.
7. Wire antennas for ADS-b in/out.
8. Fit the kick panels and make sure they lay nice.
9. Make a bath.
10. Alodine kick panels, window edging, window guide mount, tail rock cover, tail inspection panel covers, door skins, boot cowl, belly inspection panel, belly skins, rear bulkhead.
11. Paint kick panels, window edging, window guide mount, tail rock cover, tail inspection panel covers, door skins, boot cowl, belly inspection panel, belly skins.

Rudder:

1. Inspect.
2. Fabric wash.
3. Primer.
4. Sand, inspect.
5. Paint grey. If door skins, boot cowl, and rear bulkhead are done, paint those too.

Interior:

1. Install head liner (unless ELT wiring isn't complete).
2. Finish seat pans.
3. Make Flap handle floor cover.
4. Install stick.
5. Wire trim controller.
6. Wire ap cancel, PTT, trim functions.
7. Wire beacon light.
